INTERNATIONAL HABEAS CORPUS

 

The United States of America and its puppet administration continue to commit hate crimes, genocide and human rights violations against the subjects of Hawaii; The Hawaii government has entered the US district court district of Hawaii with an International Habeas Corpus petition to inform USA that its citizens are unlawfully detaining, arresting, incarcerating and restraining the rights and liberties of freedom belonging to those subjects of the Hawaii [an] Islands;

 

Numerous habeas corpus petitions have been filed by the sovereign of the Archipelago Islands of the Kingdom of Hawaii on behalf of those subjects of the original jurisdiction of Hawaii, those subjects who find their protection under the 1839 Declaration of Rights and the Constitutional Laws of Hawaii, countless more will continue to enter these puppet administrative courts and the current petition before the US district court reveal a number of different elements ignored by this court;

 

Attorney General Thomas Anthony will discuss the matter with H. M. Namona Akahai Kea na aina and H. E. Prime Minister Alapaleka in Privy Council and release the response the Hawaii government will pursue;
