DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, LAND COMMISSION
The following procedure is provided to assist, preserve and exercise the bona fide interest and perfect rights of the heirs and successors to the Royal Patents, Homesteads, Grants and Land Commission Awards. Private patents, awards and grants executed within the original jurisdiction of Hawaii. Lawful rights and legal interest belonging to the heirs and successors late and beloved kupuna while under a clear and present unlawful U. S. military occupation here in the Archipelago Islands of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
By virtue of traditional customs, practices and obligations the important element of this procedure conform with the pre-existing Constitutional laws of this Kingdom, Hawaii. You are advised to reveiw the Compiled Laws of 1884 Chapter XXXII, Of The Descent Of Property, Both Real And Personal. If you have any questions about the laws of this Kingdom please contact the Office of the Attorney General;
All instruments including but not limited to the (Declaration of Heirs and Updates made to the Royal Patents, Homesteads, Grants and Land Commission Awards) are filed with the Registrar of Conveyances here in the Kingdom, then a certified copy is forwarded to properly notice and inform the occupiers "US Armed Forces" and "State Department" and its puppet administration, quasi state "State of Hawaii" of the legal and present conditions of these instruments. Keep in mind that the occupiers illegal armed enforcements currently occupy the government buildings and the archive records of this Kingdom;
The Department of the Interior is obligated under the laws of this Kingdom to maintain these record and will remain diligent to its duties. Although we are met with extreme prejudice by the occupying forces, we shall honor the oath of our government offices and will maintain, defend and protect the Constitution of the Kingdom of Hawaii and for the citizens and subjects who find their protection under the 1839 Declaration of Rights, we remain the humble servants of and for our lord and savior Iesu Kristo in the interest of peace in perpetuity;
