The Mo'oku Ikena program is designed to record and provide an international recourse for the terroristic injuries and damages committed by persons, entities and foreign body politics operating under the clear and present illegal United States military occupation and its puppet administration and armed militia operating under the quasi State of Hawaii here in this Kingdom, Hawaii;

These foreign terrorist and criminals continue to operate under the apparent US military armed forces working in concert with its puppet administration and quasi state to manage its unlawfully imposition of foreign laws upon the subjects of this Kingdom, Hawaii;

United States of America continues to commit violations of international laws and the principles prescribed by the Law of Nations against the subjects of this Kingdom. United States of America and State of Hawaii is fully aware of its own actions and choose to ignore its responsibilities and obligations it owes to the international family of nations and Hawaii and instead choses to perpetuate its genocidal acts and human rights violations against the loyal subjects of this Kingdom, Hawaii;

Therefore;

The Office of the King, Office of the Premier and the Office of the Attorney General, Kuhina Loio; Akoni  is taking action against these international violations and criminal acts committed against the people, government and peaceful country of the archipelago islands of Hawaii. The war on terrorism here in Hawaii is priority. This office is committed to ending the United States terror in this Kingdom, Hawaii;
