RECORD, DECLARE AND AFFIRM YOUR PERFECT LEGAL RIGHT AND BONA FIDE INTEREST

The  commission, obligation and charge upon the Department of the Interior (Department) require immediate action. The Department of the Interior hereby give notice and inform all subjects of the Kingdom, Hawaii of the following procedures. Provided hereinabove are procedures declaring, affirming and recording the perfect right and bona fide interest belonging to the heirs and successors of Hawaii;

The present generation of heirs and successors to Hawaii are currently under a clear and present United States of America's armed military occupation. Free natural-born putitave Hawaii [an] subjects met with extreme prejudice by the armed personnel, who fully enforce and support these unlawful action since the inception of the unprovoked US military invasion of Hawaii in January 17, 1893 A. D. and the USA's participation with the so-called Committee of Safety, Provisional Government, Republic of Hawaii, puppet administration and quasi state Territory of Hawaii and State of Hawaii [SOH];

To this date SOH is currently occupying the Hawaii [an] government buildings and have arrested all the records belonging to this Kingdom, Hawaii. The Department of the Interior continues to file and record the documents submitted to the registrar of conveyances here in the original jurisdiction of Hawaii;

The commitment to legally and morally defend the Constitution and Laws of Hawaii and the rights belonging to the Hawaii [an] Government and those subjects of this Kingdom, Hawaii compels the duties inherent upon the Department of the Interior and its duly appointed officers.
