End United States Tyranny in Hawaii

     The United States of America (USA) continues to claim "Perfect Title" to the private Crown lands of Hawaii, over 2000 miles outside of American borders and jurisdiction. Private lands belonging to the Royal Families of the Archipelago Islands known as the Kingdom of Hawaii. In (1893) [a] so-called Committee of Safety (COS), a group of professionals and businessmen with the active advice of John L. Stevens, United States Minister to Hawaii, working in concert with United States Armed Forces knowingly, willfully, maliciously and systematically INVADE the PEACEFUL sovereignty of the Hawaii [an] Monarchy, its Government and its Citizens. After USA and COS execute what the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions define as pagan practice, the USA and COS begin to arrest the freedom and liberties of this NEUTRAL Country known as Hawaii and oppress the conditions of Hawaii's countrymen, woman and children. Now the USA and COS, setup a Provisional Government (PG). During the two year period (1893 - 1895) of civil unrest in Hawaii, under an unprovoked clear and present United States military occupation, the PG, now (1895) calls itself Republic of Hawaii (ROH). FOREIGN PAGANS

     Thereafter in 1898 ROH with the full participation and cooperation of USA (Legislative, Presidential and Judicial) scheme to cede the private lands of Hawaii, animate and purport to cede something over to the USA in its US domestic operation and senate resolution known as Newlands resolution. USA attempts to make it appear that the ROH in the so-called newlands resolution conveys the private lands of Hawaii to USA. Now for over a century the USA has claimed "Perfect Title" to the private lands belonging to the heirs and successors of Hawaii. The USA is well aware of its unlawful actions against this peaceful country and its Nationals kuleana. The rule of law defines the passing of title here in Hawaii and the unlawful use and international infringements of Hawaii patents (Royal Patents, Homestead, Grants, Land Commission Awards and Crown Lands) continue to this day. The Five major trust set up by our Alii Nui (Kings, Queens, Prince and Princess) of the Archipelago Islands of Hawaii is occupied and operated by foreign body politics, entities, persons and individuals outside of the settlers intent and purposes as set forth in each respective Charters for the good and benefit of the beneficiaries. US DOMESTIC OPERATION

     The USA in its final attempt to cover up and evade its obligations it owes for its VIOLATIONS of International Law and CRIMES of Genocide against a peaceful and friendly NATION, USA in (1959) gives birth to a puppet administration, quasi state (PAQS) State of Hawaii (SOH). Today SOH claims the same perfect title USA claims it received from ROH currently referred to as "Ceded Lands Trust". The USA and SOH continue to exert its military might (a world military super power) to usurp upon and impose its will and foreign laws against Hawaii and the owners of the private Mahele lands. To this day USA and SOH continue to unlawfully occupy the government buildings and lands belonging to the lawful government of Hawaii. These illegal acts and violations of international law have never come before a court of competent jurisdiction or reviewed in a court of law.      So why is USA and its Military Armed Forces representing peace and security across the globe, then here in the Pacific Oceania and Archipelago Islands of Hawaii arresting and restraining the peaceful liberties and freedom of an island people and the government, in a 116 year old military occupation and control over the  interest of Hawaii? Furthermore why is the Law of Nations and International Law operating for and safeguarding the family of Nations but fails to operate for this neutral country Hawaii in 1893? Be mindful of another US domestic operation and a resolution drafted by a foreign author known as Hawaii Conference, United Church of Christ (HCUCC) for some of the unlawful events described in this admission and ratified by USA in 1993. HCUCC continue the same unlawful acts as USA and manage a close relationship with USA in operating yet another resolution which appears to apologize for it illegal acts, however to this day HCUCC covet and claim [perfect] title to the Hawaii church properties and continue to oppress the members of the Hawaii churches.       Hawaii and its heirs and successors have yet to appear in court and claim what is apparently theirs and seek redress! The USA and SOH know that justice demands its due. While the rule of law compels performance and requires a disposition equal to the heinous international crimes committed by USA. Hawaii needs to serve USA a complaint filed proper for its unlawful actions and violations of international law. Hawaii owns the interest in these lands and our KUPUNA did not pass in vain. If you are a subject and own an interest in Hawaii or just a friend to justice and you just support human rights and would like to have the interest of Hawaii represented in a competent court of original jurisdiction, then we ask that you pledge five dala (dollars) or whatever can and we (you and I) will hire a law firm, but if no can that is fine sign the petition below in support. Let the USA know that it is time to release all the trust properties and lands of Hawaii back to the rightful owners! Keep in mind, Hawaii does not have any relationship with COS, PG, ROH, TOH, SOH and HCUCC this claim will be filed against the USA, the COS, PG, ROH, TOH, SOH, HCUCC and its responsible parties needs to carry its own luggage. "Alien Tort Statute". PREPARE FOR A TRANSITION

     You can make it happen by pledging $5 dala or more to a fund setup to hire a Law firm, to represent the legal claims of Hawaii. There is at least 500,000 heirs and successors descended from this Kingdom who have a bona fide interest and perfect right known as kuleana (legal interest) to the Crown lands alone. If just 10,000 of the heirs and their friends donate $5 dala we will enter into the court and for the first time, exhaust our remedy, administer a judicial recourse, decide these issues and seek redress as the rule of law would apply! We will only ask you to honor and complete your pledge when $100,000 dala in pledges support is reached. The projected amount for this claim is approximately 2 - 3 million dollars.
